Before you read any further on booking, kindly note the following:
1.) When you do advance booking, are you guaranteed the units?
Ans: No, it depends on where you are in the queue, it’s on a first come first serve basis
2.) If I decide to withdraw my booking, will there be any penalty?
Ans: No. Before the VVIP launch date, we will call you again to confirm your booking.
Only when you are comfortable with the price, then we will officially book the unit for you.

Step 2: Select the Floor Layout
Step 3: Print out and Fill up the Authorization Form

Step 5: A Photocopy of the buyers nric front and back.
Step 6: Call us at 9436 7795 to collect the documents for booking.
